Hue Imperial Palace Complex or the Citadel, set up by the Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945, is now amongst the most important relics of Hue.

If you are planning to visit all of the above-mentioned venues that are part of the complex of Hue Monuments (or at least more than 4 main attractions), getting this combo ticket will be your best bet. However, getting such a ticket for children is worthless as only 4 main attractions (all included in Combo Ticket of 4 Attractions) are charging children with an entrance fee so you basically would be paying extra 10,000 VND for nothing.
