Pork Intestine Stir-Fry with Flowering Garlic Chives

Ingredients

500 g pork intestine, cut into 1-inch pieces
300 g flowering garlic chives, cut into 1-inch pieces
3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon water

Instructions

1. Heat the oil over medium heat and stir-fry garlic until fully browned and fragrant.

2. Add water, pork intestine and seasoning, then stir-fry until the pork intestine is cooked, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Add flowering garlic chives and stir constantly for a few minutes.
