Café Dinh is one of the best places to try Egg Coffee in Hanoi. Hopper Koffie is a small pretty café located near Truc Bac Lake. The café is a little bit out from Hanoi Old Quarter making the atmosphere here quite peaceful. Five years ago, there were only 2 branches of Cong Caphe that were just underground cafes as once the café was even temporarily closed because they were accused of mocking the revolutionary leader.
